Gila Crossing Families, Meet the Teacher/Open House will be held on July 31st and August 1st from 3 pm-6 pm. If your student is not returning for the 24-25 SY, please let the front office know as soon as possible.Thank you.

Gila Crossing Families, We encourage everyone to register your students early for the 2024-2025 school year. All paperwork can be completed, and items can be picked in the front office between now and the first day of school, which is Monday, August 5. The gates and office will be open from 9am to 3pm Monday through Friday. By registering early, you also will get a ticket for a Gift Basket Raffle Drawing. We will be holding Meet the Teacher over 2 days, on Wednesday, July 31 and Thursday, August 1, from 3pm to 6pm on both days. BUT, if you register early, you'll be able to skip the lines on those afternoons, and can simply meet with teachers. We look forward to seeing you very soon as we REACH NEW HEIGHTS here at Gila Crossing Community School.

Gila Crossing Families, If your student is returning for the 24-25 SY, please complete a re-enrollment form and medical consent. If you wish to fill out the re-enrollment page online, please visit our website at www.gccseagles.org. Extra packets are available in the front office. If your student is not returning to GCCS, please notify the front office. A copy of the 24-25 SY Calendar is available on our website or in the front office. Please note that half days for 24-25 SY will now be on Wednesdays. Thank you.

Gila Crossing Families, Third quarter Parent-Teacher Conferences will be on Thursday, February 29th (1:00 pm-5:00 pm) and Friday, March 1st (1:00 pm-3:00 pm). Please contact your child's teacher to schedule conferences. Please note that both Thursday and Friday will be Early Release days at 12:30pm. There will no afterschool activities on Thursday, February 29th due to Conferences. Also, the Boys and Girls club will be open early on Thursday, February 29th for students. However, they will be closed on Friday, March 1st, so there will be no Boys and Girls club drop off on Friday, March 1st. We invite you to Family Engagement Night on February 29th! Thank you.

Gila Crossing Families, There will be no afterschool activities this Wednesday, February 14th. Also, there is no Saturday School this Saturday, February 17th due to the Holiday weekend. Finally, there is no school Monday, February 19th in observance of Presidents' Day. School will resume on Tuesday, February 20th. Thank you.

Gila Crossing Families, Due to the weather, all afterschool activities have been cancelled today, All students will be dismissed at 3 pm. Also, tomorrow, Friday February 9th all students are welcome to sport their favorite team colors. If you have any questions, you may call the front office. Thank you.

Gila Crossing Families, The Afterschool program will start again this Tuesday, February 6th. After school tutoring sessions will take place every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:20 pm to 4:50 pm and will consist of help with math and reading standards. Permission slips have been sent home this week. If you would like to sign up your student, extra permisison slips are available in the front office. Thank you.

Monday, December 11th there is no school in observation of Water Rights Day. Finally, there will be no Saturday School this weekend due to the Holiday weekend. Thank you.
