On behalf of the Board of Trustees and the Leadership Team here at Gila Crossing Community School, we would like to thank everyone who came in to help in going the extra mile over the break to distribute gifts and the annual Holiday Meals.
If your student did not get a gift last week, rest assured that they are in the front office, and will be distributed at some point next week when we resume meal service. As for the holiday meals, while we don't have a precise count yet, we estimate that we were able to distribute about 900 today.
Meals will resume on Monday, January 4th, along the bus routes, and will, as always, be available for pick-up from the rear cafeteria entrance. Please remember though, that the 4th is NOT a school day, and classes for students will resume virtually on Tuesday, January 5th at 8am, in your Google Classrooms.
Report Cards should go out the week of the 4th, but if you want to check on grades before then, you can always reach out to teachers.
Thanks to everyone for all of the effort during the fall semester, and we look forward to seeing you in 2021. Have a safe and restful New Year's holiday weekend.
