Next week, Tuesday and Wednesday, we will be conducting Bureau of Indian Education standardized tests in ELA and Math. These tests will be given to students in grades 3 through 8.
We encourage all students to be in school both days, and that they get a good night's rest each night prior to these important nation-wide assessments.
The results of these tests help staff determine both academic growth from year to year, and areas where students may need additional support. They also allow us to see how Gila Crossing Community School is doing in comparison to other grade levels and schools across the nation who have taken these same tests.
So please partner with us to ensure that your students are in school and encourage them to do their very best on these tests.
